Refund policy

At Grit & Grace Clothing Co. all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, a claim must be submitted within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving the item. 

We strive for every item to arrive as expected but understand that shipping conditions can change that - we appreciate your honesty when handling returns and will work with you accordingly.

Conditions of Returns: 

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
